The Food Doula focusses on eating and cooking food that is full of flavour and character whilst being incidentally healthy! It’s about cultivating a good relationship with food, so we can extract as much pleasure and joy out if it as possible whilst also feeding our body what it needs, in the different phases of life we travel through.

I’m proud to have Nutritionist and wondrous soul Charlotte Faure Green as part of the furniture here. She offers ‘solutions rooted in science…science but with a cuddle’. She supports me to support you to cook well, to eat well, to feel well by imparting her wealth of nutrition knowledge and highlighting what focus foods we need in different periods of of life.

As well as working with pregnant and postpartum people she also specialises in nutrition to support those facing anxiety, chronic and acute stress, sleep and life burnout. I think it’s safe to say that circumstances and transitions we each experience throughout life can cause us to experience any number of these challenges which is why I want to share Charlotte’s work and brain with you, as one of our in house, expert nourishers!
