Suggested Usage
Use approx. 1-3 teaspoons of your blend per 200-300ml cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes or longer. Alternatively make a larger pot or flask and enjoy throughout the day.

Suitable postpartum and for breastfeeding when consumed as directed.
