NETTLE –Mineral rich and restorative
LEMON BALM- Eases tension and aids relaxation
CHAMOMILE- Soothes nervous tension
OATSTRAW - Eases exhaustion and gently lifts mood
Suggested Usage
Use approx. 1-3 teaspoons of your blend per 200-300ml cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes or longer. Alternatively make a larger pot or flask and enjoy throughout the day.
